A Matter of Balance

Mondays beginning April 20th- June 15th* (*No class on Memorial Day, May 25th)

10 AM-12 PM in the Community Room at the East Greenwich Free Library

A Matter of Balance meets once a week for 2 hours over the course of 8 weeks and enables participants to reduce the fear of falling by learning to view falls as controllable, setting goals for increasing activity levels, making small changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength and balance.
