Library Summer Challenge

Imagine Your Story

East Greenwich Free Library's
2020 Summer Challenge

Ages 4 - 12

June 22 - August 15

This year we present  East Greenwich Free Library's first ever virtual summer challenge!  Since the theme is Imagine Your Story, the EG Children's Librarians have decided to let kids imagine their own summer challenge.  This summer we want to keep you active, thinking, and of course, reading.  We have come up with a list of fun activities for you to do at home.  For each activity that you complete, you will earn a raffle ticket and be entered to win a gift card to a local restaurant or store.  Pick any 5 activities you want to do and complete them to finish our program.  You will earn a certificate and a FREE BOOK!

But don't stop there!  You can keep completing activities and earning more raffle tickets.  There are lots of activities to choose from so that you can build a challenge that is fun for you.  If you want to earn even more raffle tickets, take a picture of yourself completing a task and email it to us!  Include your full name and whether or not we have permission to share images on our Facebook page.  You can send these pictures to egchildren@gmail.com to share them with our Children's Librarians.

If you would rather complete the Summer Challenge on paper you can download and print a paper to return via email or library drop off.  Please be sure to fill out the registration information so that we can contact you about prizes.
